We operate on the threshold between textile history, tactile raw materials, and modern subversion. Sourcing rare Made-in-USA denim, high-density Japanese selvedge, archival vintage tees, and contemporary silhouettes, Teenage Garments rejects the disposable nature of modern fashion. We do not construct from blank space; we interrogate existing forms.

Grounded in Virgil Abloh’s 3% Rule, our apparel interventions retain 97% of the original foundation—the natural patina, weave, and character embedded in the fabric—while applying a calculated 3% alteration: custom raw-edge leather panels, industrial screenwork, and structural re-engineering.

Extending beyond garment modification, we independently source premium, high-texture hides to construct bespoke leather outerwear, structural bags, and heavy-use accessories from the ground up. In line with our ethos of complete utility, nothing is wasted. Residual leather scraps from our bag and garment cuts are immediately repurposed into micro-accents, panelling, and hardware details across future releases.

What the world views as obsolete, excess, or waste, we elevate into non-repeatable art.
